Fleas seem to love one cat a lot more than others, advantage stops him manic cleaning and itching instantly near enough! Find it funny flea drops smell like my old nursery Haha!

Much more effective than fipronil based products which fleas are resistant to. And very affordable !!

I have a cat with a flea allergy. Other treatments did not clear the fleas, leaving him with sore, scaby skin. Within a couple of days of using this, he's was clear of fleas and his skin cleared up almost immediately. Great stuff for him so I'm back for more.

It's the best I know of, but I have yet to find the knack of applying it quickly and with as little accessible as possible!

Exactly what I get from the vet at a fraction of the price. Although this has a slightly different name it smells the same and the ingredients are the same! Will buy again.

After finding Frontline no longer worked due to flea's becoming resistant over the years I tried this as it contains a different insectiside. It worked great at 1st, but now about a year or two later, I'm finding it's not nearly as effective as it was when I 1st used it. . Haven't found any live fleas yet, gross, but my cats are starting to scratch approx 2/3 weeks after application so having to administer a pipette every 2-3 weeks. Wish they would just invent one flea spot on treatment that would actually work and stay working for as long as Frontline did.

Amazing product. Considering I have 39 cats( used to rescue cats) with Advantage, &also Indorex spray for the home fleas will never become a problem. Thanks Vet Uk for keeping your prices low

Having found frontline was no longer effective I decided to try advantage. Within a day my cats had stopped scratching and were much happier. Much cheaper on vetuk website than local pet store too. Would definitely recommend

My cat had scabs from scratching caused by fleas, these lasted two months. From his arrival (stray tom) he had fleas. Tried other brands containing a different active ingredient, no good. Advantage 80 seemed to work as soon as it was applied and within three days the scabs lifted away naturally and were combed out, all fleas gone. Perhaps people who have been disappointed may have used the wrong dose. This treatment is not for ticks so may be good to alternate between Advantage and a tick treatment. Don't know if this will be effective for a full four weeks but up to now perfect.

I have found this does not get rid of the fleas. After treating my cat, he vomits everywhere. I am also finding drowsy fleas everywhere and have had to treat the whole house as they are now everywhere. I have used two lots on my cat and am combing him two or three times a day and he still has fleas and treated the house 3 times, but I am still finding fleas everyday! I wouldn't recommend this product!

At last! The first time in over a year that my 2 cats have been flea free. I have been using Frontline for years but the fleas suddenly seemed to be resilient to it. Tried various others but none of them worked either. I noticed a big difference in how much they were scratching within half a day of administering Advantage. Now, a week later, they are not scratching at all and absolutely no sign of fleas. Will definitely be using this from now on.

I always used to use Stronghold on my cats until it had no effect whatsoever on the fleas. I shopped around for a different formula and read the glowing reviews of Advantage, so I decided to give it a try. Fleas hate this stuff and you'll find several dead fleas where your cat has been sleeping after the first day of application. I'll be using this from now on!

Great product works well and great if you buy on the multi buy saving you a bit of money.

I would buy this product over Frontline every time. It cleared my cats of fleas within 24 hours after a pretty bad month of trying to get rid of them. My advice. Buy this.

Advantage is the flea treatment recommended by my vet. I have 7 cats & have been using it for years. Not once has it failed & I therefore believe it is the best treatment on the market. It's easy to apply, if a little whiffy (the cats won't speak to me for a while after it's done!). And VetUK is the best, cheapest & most reliable place to get it.

This is a really effective over the counter flea preparation and has worked far better than the fipronil based flea products which had stopped working. Recommended! However I do think that Stronghold is the most effective but is prescription only.

Received Advantage in the post today and applied it immediately. 6 hours later we find the fleas are dropping off dying. Really impressed with this product, other products seem to have lost their effectiveness. Would definitely recommend it.

this stuff works a treat. front line stopped working last month for my cats and for the 1st time ever i had a flea problem. within a few hours of applying advantage, i had happy non scratching kitties again. so glad i tried it.

After spending a fortune on Frontline and still seeing our cats covered in fleas, this product was a god send and the fleas were falling off dead or dying within hours I totally recommend it.

Great product... I was wasting money on Frontline.. the fleas have become immune to that I'm sure of it! this worked on our 3 cats first time.. a little hairloss at site if application but very small price to pay for weeks of bad infestation !

Works a treat as Frontline combo had stopped working and even the local vet had said that frontlone was not working so well lately. Only problem is the cat still does not like having this done to him, but he did not like frontline either, small price to pay for no fleas.,

I have been a fan of frontline for many years however i have that it is not as good as it used to be a friend recommended this site and advantage for my babies so i thought i would give it a go and am so glad i did. The cats are not scratching and there has been nothing popping off we are all alot happier so advantage it is from now on for me

I put this on my 4 cats this morning, by this afternoon when I combed them through with the flea comb the fleas were falling out dead !! Usually use frontline, but it stopped working, then tried frontline combo, but cats still had fleas 3 weeks even after fleaing the house with Accliam. Have also ordered the Virodex house spray as this also had good comments. Will be purchasing this again next month. Thank god the cats have stopped scratching & getting upset when being bitten by fleas. Such a relief to actually find something that works !! Great price too. Sally Barrett.

This has helped our Cats as the fleas started to die within 12 hours of putting it on them.we have used Frontline but this works just as good and is a lot cheaper so will be sticking with this from now on from VetUK.

Really pleased this is no longer a prescription only medicine. We use it instead of Stronghold, as unlike with Frontline, the flea doesn't have to bite the cat in order to be killed. This is important, because our cat used to suffer from flea-allergy dermatitis when we used Frontline. She does sometimes still scratch though.

Fantastic product- I started using this some 6 years ago after a severe out break just as my daughter was born we had fleas jumping all over the place this product soon put an end to our problem. I was originally buying this from our veterinary practice but why pay more for the same product. Placed an order over the bank holiday and delivered the same week. What more can you ask for.

i was getting fed up with the other brands out there as they never worked, when i came across this site and this product. My cat has a bad reaction to fleas and flea dirt no matter how hard i try i could never help her. Expensive trips to the vets was the only way i could until i used this product and i havent looked back since... its wonderful. Within 24 hrs my cat was different. This product was bought for my friend's cat. My friend was buying Stronghold from her vet. She took a lot of persuading to change to this product, but is really pleased she did as she is saving a fortune and says it works just as well.

Excellent product - we were struggling to get rid of an outbreak of fleas last year - I had been using Frontline monthly, as well as having sprayed the house ... it wasn't working. I switched to this product, and I'm pleased to say that everything is now under control.
