Juwel Aquarium Cirax Filter is a biological filter medium which creates the perfect colonisation conditions for useful bacteria, due to it’s large, highly porous surface.

Made with ceramic-based pellets which are safe for use in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums, the Juwel Cirax Filter is contained in a special basket for ease of use and will help to ensure excellent water quality.

I have had this installed in my tank for just under a year (so now ready for a new one!). I noticed an improvement with the quality of my water after it had been installed and settled in, especially how clear the water became. Will be using this media from now on, as my tank tests have confirmed water quality has improved. Great price for branded media, and I would thoroughly recommend.
